Paying Your Rent
Paying rent is easy. Once your tenancy has been approved and we are ready for you to sign the lease we will set up your direct debit authority with Westpac’s Payway. You can even pay by credit card and earn points at the same time.

Other Useful Information
- Monthly rent is calculated in accordance with Fair Trading guidelines as follows: Weekly Rent divided by 7 multiplied by 365 divided by 12 = Calendar Monthly Rent
- Your rental bond will be held with the Rental Bond Board.
- All repairs must be reported in writing. Email is usually easiest - repairs@letstrent.com.au or use our online Repair Request Form.
- The owners insurance does not cover your belongs so we recommend you take out your own contents insurance.
- It is the tenants responsibility to connect the utilities although we may put you in contact with a third party provider for your convenience.
