More important information for you….
Your Monthly rent is calculated in line with Fair Trading guidelines. That means: Weekly Rent divided by 7 multiplied by 365 divided by 12 = Calendar Monthly Rent
Your rental bond will be held with the Rental Bond Board.
You must report all repairs in writing. Email is usually easiest - repairs@letstrent.com.au
The owner’s insurance doesn’t cover your belongings, so we recommend you take out your own contents insurance.
Don’t forget that it’s your responsibility to connect the utilities, although we can put you in contact with a third party provider to make it simpler for you.
