We have had our property managed by Lisa Indge at Let’s Rent for almost a year now and leaving our home in her reliable hands was the best decision we could have made.
When we were first relocated overseas in 2001 – 2007 we left our two properties to a larger high profile real estate organisation and while the service was at best adequate we never really felt our interests were being met. So much so that when we did return to Australia we found ourselves in court within 2 weeks of our arrival for the negligence of our last tenants who ere cleared by the agent less than a week before we returned. Our home had been neglected and the costs to us were close to $5000 that we were unable to claim due to their release. Whilst suing the agent did cross our minds – the process would always ultimately favour the tenants. This experience alone made me very particular about who I left my newly renovated property to.

Lisa Indge’s company Let’s Rent managed a rental property for us for three years.
