Let’s Rent was founded in order to create a better way to offer landlords and tenants the ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships.

We have an in depth working knowledge and experience specialising in leasing and property management. The idea behind Let’s Rent is to offer a more focused service to investors, home owners and tenants who are ONLY looking to rent. Past experience has taught us that many investors and home owners are becoming increasingly frustrated with agents putting greater priority on the sale of a property rather than its actual management. Let’s Rent offers a more direct, unique service – connecting owners and tenants with exactly what they need, without any of the stuff they don’t! That means no hidden agendas and no sales people. Just specific, hands-on service from dedicated renting specialists.

Lisa Indge – Managing Director

A combination of property and financial experience that spans more than twelve years ensures that Lisa is well equipped to manage your investment. Lisa has a particular talent for negotiating deals in tricky situations and focuses on achieving great results for every single client. Her patient but decisive manner means she enjoys working with both owners and tenants and is happy to help resolve any issue. She offers constructive and accurate advice to her clients and always follows up any queries. As the Managing Director of the business, Lisa also concentrates on business planning and development for the company.  She is always looking a industry innovation in order to keep Let’s Rent at the forefront of the property management sector.

Natalie Allen – Senior Property Manager

Natalie’s 10 plus years in property management means that she is well equipped to deal with any issue that crops up. Her attitude to resolving issues is sturdy and committed.  Having owned her own property management business she is fully congnisant with compliance guidelines and legislation.

Simona Safar – Part Time Property Manager

Our very own winner of Leading Property Managers Australia Rising Star Award 2010.  You cannot help but be affected by Simona’s enthusiasm to get the job done to the highest of standards.  Her genuine affection for people is a delight and she is simply a great person to be around.  Simona now only works on a part time basis for Let’s Rent.
