At Let’s Rent we want to hear from you about your questions and experiences of the renting market. - I am an investor/landlord. How do I get Let’s Rent to provide me with a rental appraisal?

You can find all available properties through the search function on each page of our website in the bottom left corner. Enter the area, price range and type of property you are interested in and you will be provided with a list of properties that match your search. Alternatively you can register on the Let’s Rent database. Send an email to info@letsrent.com.au. - How often are the properties on letsrent.com.au updated?
Property listings on letsrent.com.au are updated on a daily basis. - How can I apply to rent a property advertised on letsrent.com.au?
Firstly, you must have viewed the property before you can submit an application. On each property detail page you will find an application form PDF that can be downloaded or you can simply click on the Apply Online button to go straight to our fully online process. We will complete the reference checks as soon as possible and let you know if you have been approved by the landlord. The best way to speed this process up is to make sure your rent is up to date and the property is clean, neat and tidy when you vacate. See our Useful Tips page for lots more information.
