We think that it’s the reason our clients consistently report really high levels of satisfaction, and why 88% of our new business comes from referrals.

We found that there were a lot of property owners in Sydney disappointed with their sell-it-and-forget it agents, and a lot of renters who felt left out in the cold. So we founded our business to fill the bit between the purchase and the re-sale –– the proactive management of your property.

Our Story

Let’s Rent was founded back in 2005 with one single aim – to change the property management landscape of Sydney forever.

Today, only a few years later, Let’s Rent has not only achieved that dream – but its reputation for property management has grown far beyond its humble beginnings. Initially serving only select clients in Inner West suburbs like Balmain, Birchgrove, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Drummoyne, Leichhardt, Petersham and Pyrmont – we now serve the Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore and even further afield.

Let’s Rent were Leading Property Managers of Australia finalists in 2010 for Property Management Company of the Year – nationwide.  Our youngest staff member, Simona Safar was the winner of the Rising Star Award 2010 which we feel she wholeheartedly deserves.

Founder and Managing Director of the business, Lisa Indge, is supported by a team of dedicated, switched-on and genuinely nice people.
